摘要
以二甲胺(DMA)和烯丙基缩水甘油醚(AGE)为原料合成得到(2-羟基-3-烯丙氧基)丙基二甲基叔胺(AGE-DMA),产品收率可达99.67%。所得化合物结构经过FT-IR和1 H-NMR确认。得出合成AGE-DMA的最优化条件为:n(二甲胺):n(烯丙基缩水甘油醚)=1.00:1.05,反应温度为50℃,反应时间为6h。该方法具有合成工艺简单、反应条件温和产率高等优点,适合工业化生产。
The(2-hydroxy-3-allyloxy)propyl dimethylamine(AGE-DMA)was synthesized using dimethylamine and allyl glycidyl ether as raw materials,the product yield can reach 99.67%.The compounds were characterized and verified by FT-IR and 1 H-NMR.The optimal conditions for the synthesis of AGE-DMA were as follows:n(dimethylamine):n(allylglycidyl ether)=1.00:1.05,the reaction temperature is 50℃,and the reaction time is 6h.The method has the advantages of the synthetic technology was simple,reaction condition was mild,high yield and was suitable for industrialized production.
