摘要
目的研究中药灌肠结合护理干预对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者的疗效观察。方法选取收治的盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者60例作为临床研究对象,按照双盲及随机的原则分为观察组及对照组,每组30例患者,对照组采用西药的抗生素治疗,观察组在西药治疗的基础上采用中西医结合的护理干预,观察并评价两组患者的临床疗效。结果对照组治疗总有效率为21例(70%),观察组治疗总有效率为28例(93.3%),2组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者采用中西医结合的护理干预,提高了患者治疗的有效率,体现了优质护理的重要性。
Objective To study the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema and nursing intervention on patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae.Methods 60 patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae in our hospital were selected as a clinical research object.According to the principle of double blind and random,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted the antibiotic treatment of Western medicine,and the observation group used the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention on the basis of Western medicine.The clinical effect of two groups was observed and evaluated.Results The total effective rate in the control group and the observation group was 21（70%） and 28 cases（93.3%） respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing intervention on patients with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae has improved the effective rate,and showed the importance of quality nursing.
