摘要
目的分析温病学考试成绩,从中找出教学中的不足点,从而改进教学方法,提高教学质量。方法采用SPSS 14.0软件,对我校2013级中医专业温病学考试成绩进行统计分析。结果 K-S=0.88,难度P=0.77,区分度D=0.66;不同生源学生学习成绩比较,P>0.05。结论全年级温病学成绩呈正态分布,整份试卷易难度适中,能较好地区分学生用功学习程度。不同生源学生学习成绩没有显著差异,学生对温病理论掌握得较好,临床应用能力较差,今后教学工作需增加临床见习,改进案例教学方式。
Objective To analyze the examination performance of warm febrile disease,to find deficit in the teaching,to help teacher improve teaching methods,and to enhance teaching quality.Methods The examination performance of warm febrile disease of undergraduate students of 2013 grade in our university was analyzed by SPSS14.0 program.Results K-S value is 0.88,difficulty value is 0.77,differentiation value is 0.66 P 〉0.05 by comparing scores of different enrolled students.Conclusion The whole grade students' scores is normal distribution.Difficulty and differentiation of test paper is moderate.Scores of different enrolled students has no statistical significance.Students' clinical thinking ability is poorer than grasping basic theories.The teaching staff should be emphasize clinical practice,and promote case study.
