摘要
目的观察问题启发式教学模式(PBL)在胸部损伤见习中的应用效果。方法选取某医院2017年胸部损伤见习的同学64名,分为传统教学组(LBL)30名,接受传统讲解授课;PBL教学组34名,进行PBL授课。课后进行理论测试并对PBL教学效果进行问卷调查。结果 PBL组94%的同学理论测试成绩超过85分,与LBL组相比,成绩差异具有统计学意义(94%与73%,χ2=5.222,P=0.022)。97%的同学对PBL教学法感到满意;94%认为PBL教学提高了学习主动性,88%认为PBL教学法可以提高沟通和协作能力,85%认为分析和解决临床问题的能力有提高,85%认为PBL教学有助于提高临床思维能力,91%认为课后理论知识水平有提高。结论 PBL教学法有助于提高学习的主动性,有助于临床思维的建立,可获得满意的教学效果。
Objective To assess the effect of problem-based learning(PBL) in the teaching of internal medical noviciate of thoracic injury. Methods This study selects 64 intern doctors as the teaching objects in thoracic department in 2017, and classifies them into two groups: 1 ecture-based learning(LBL) group and PBL group. The LBL group used traditional teaching methods, while PBL group received PBL combined analysis of clinical cases. The theory tests were carried out after class, then compared the results. The teaching effect of PBL was investigated by questionnaire. Results 94% students' theory tests of thoracic injury were more than 85 points in PBL group. Furthermore, the excellent rate of PBL group for the theory test was better than that of LBL group(94%vs.73%,χ^2 =5.222,P=0.022).97 % of students in PBL group were satisfied with the new teaching method-PBL, about 94% students thought that learning enthusiasm was improved than before,88% students thought their ability of communication and collaboration among students were improved,85% students thought their ability of analysis and solve clinical problems were improved, 85% of them thought their clinical thinking ability were improved, 91% students thought the level of their theoretical knowledge were improved. Conclusion The PBL teaching method could inspire the students' initiative and enthusiasm, contribute to improve critical thinking skills, and obtain satisfactory teaching effect.
