摘要
目的探讨总结解放军第107医院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)药师不合理用药干预现状。方法分析PIVAS药师不合理用药干预现状,提出PIVAS药师如何更好地干预不合理用药的具体建议。结果解放军第107医院药师审核医嘱模式由单纯应用PASS系统改为人工与PASS系统相结合的方式审核医嘱后,不合理医嘱率由1.78%降至1.01%。结论PIVAS药师审核医嘱使不合理医嘱率连续下降,医院应继续重视PIVAS药师干预不合理用药,同时注意提升临床医师依从性。
Objective To discuss the present situation of irrational drug use intervention of PIVAS pharmacist in the hospital.Methods Analyzing the present situation of irrational drug usage intervention of PIVAS pharmacist in the hospital,and putting forward specific suggestions on how to better intervene the irrational drug usage of PIVAS pharmacists. Results After reviewing the doctor＇s orders in the way of the simple application of the PASS system and the PASS system,the irrational doctor＇s orders rate decreases from 1. 78% to 1. 01%. Conclusion That PIVAS pharmacists reviewing medical advice makes irrational drug orders of doctors decline continuously. Hospitals should pay more attention to the irrational use of PIVAS pharmacists,and pay attention to improving the compliance of clinicians.
