带式输送机胶带纵向撕裂双目视觉在线检测系统研究与设计 被引量:6

摘要 针对目前带式输送机胶带纵向撕裂检测方法灵敏度低、检测设备复杂、体积大以及价格昂贵等问题,采用机器视觉法设计了一种带式输送机胶带纵向撕裂在线检测系统,介绍了该系统的检测原理和故障定位原理,详细阐述了该检测系统的硬件设计和软件设计。实际测试结果表明,在保证系统实时性的要求下,该系统的准确率和稳定性均能达到要求。 Aiming at the problems that the mineused conveyor belt longitudinal tearing detection method has low sensitivity and detection equipment complexity with large volume and high cost, this paper designed a conveyer belt longitudinal tearing de tection system based on machine vision method. The mechanism of detection and fault positioning of the system were introduced. The hardware design a'nd software design of the detection system were described in detail. The insitu test result showed that the accuracy and stability of the system can meet the requirements of ensuring the realtime performance of the system.
