摘要 目前国内输送带纵向撕裂检测在精度和可靠性方面不能满足要求,随着数字图像处理技术的不断发展其已被广泛应用于工业检测中,文章提出一种应用数字图像处理技术对输送带纵向撕裂检测的方法并使用蚁群算法对canny算子进行优化。实验结果表明优化的边缘检测是一种有效的输送带纵向撕裂检测方法。 The accuracy and reliability of the longitudinal tear detection for the domestic belt conveyors could not meet the requirements. With the continued development and the wide application of the digital image processing technology in the industrial detections, the paper provided an applied digital image processing technology for the longitudinal tear detection method of the conveyor belt and the ant colony algorithm was applied to optimize the canny operator. The experiment results showed that the optimized edge detection could be an effective detection method of the longitudinal tear in the conveyor belt.
