摘要
聚酯胶膜由胶层与聚酯基膜构成,为了研究胶层厚度和基材厚度对叠层母排局部放电性能的影响,采用控制变量法,从胶层厚度、聚酯膜基材厚度以及绝缘胶膜数量3个方面展开研究,测试了3种影响因素下叠层母排的局部放电特性。试验结果表明:胶层厚度的增加相对于基材厚度的增加对其局放性能有更显著的提升作用;绝缘胶膜数量的增加能有效地保证其局放性能。
Polyester adhesive film consist of adhesive and polyester basement membrane, in order to study the effects of the thickness of adhesive and polyester basement membrane on the partial discharge performance of laminated busbar, control variable method was applied to test the partial discharge properties from three influence factors, including the thickness of adhesive layer, the thickness of polyester basement membrane, and the number of insulating adhesive films. The results show that the increase of adhesive thickness has a better effect on partial discharge performance improvement than that of the increase of polyester basement membrane thickness, and the increase of number of insulating adhesive films can ensure its partial discharge performance effectively.
