动植物蛋白比恒定的饲料中发酵豆粕对刺参生产性能、消化酶和非特异性免疫的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以鱼粉、发酵豆粕、豆粕、玉米蛋白粉为动植物蛋白源设计了6种动植物蛋白比为13的等氮等脂配合饲料,进行为期40 d的刺参养殖试验,研究饲料中发酵豆粕对刺参生产性能、体壁营养成分、消化酶和非特异性免疫的影响。结果显示:饲料中发酵豆粕含量对刺参生产性能指标(增重率、特定生长率、体壁重)和体壁粗蛋白质含量均影响显著(P<0.05)。饲料中发酵豆粕含量为16%时,增重率、特定生长率、体壁重达到最大值。肠道中的胃蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶、体腔液中超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶和总抗氧化能力均受饲料中发酵豆粕含量的显著性影响(P<0.05),而饲料中发酵豆粕含量对体壁干物质、粗脂肪、粗灰分和体壁系数的影响不显著。 To determine the effects of animal/ plant(A/P) protein ratios on production performance, body composition, digestive enzyme and non-specific immunity, we delivered isonitrogen and isolipidic test diet that containing six different (animal/plant protein ratios=1 : 3) to sea cucumber during 40 days. The results showed that production performance and crude protein of the body wall, except the body wall coefficient, showed significant variation according to the dietary fer- mented soybean meal(P〈0.05). The best weight gain rate, specific growth rate and body wall weight were exhibited with the dietary fermented soybean meal of 16% in the diet. The activities of pepsin, trypsin, amylase, lipase, superoxide dismutases,catalase, acid phosphatases, alkaline phosphatase and total antioxidant capacity were influenced by dietary fermented soybean meal(P〈0.05). However, no significant effect of dietary fermented soybean mealon dry matter, crude lipid, and ash content of sea cucumbers were observed.
