摘要
活性EM菌、胍基乙酸、杜仲提取物是目前新型的营养性饲料添加剂,对提高动物生长性能、改善肉质和促进能量代谢等方面具有重要作用。为此本试验以胍基乙酸、杜仲提取物、EM菌作为饲料添加剂探讨其对鲤的生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。选取540尾鲤,试验设5个试验组和1个对照组,每组三个重复,每重复30尾。试验饲料是在基础饲料中分别添加3%EM菌、250 mg/kg胍基乙酸、3%EM菌+250 mg/kg胍基乙酸、0.15%杜仲提取物、0.15%杜仲提取物+3%EM菌,试验周期为38 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,3种饲料添加剂和复合添加剂均不同程度的促使鲤的体重、体长增长,饵料系数降低;对血清中生化指标如PK、SDH、SOD和LSZ的酶活力显著高于对照组(P<0.05),CK的酶活力有降低的趋势,在饲喂30 d时差异显著(P<0.05)。本研究得出,饲料中添加一定量的活性EM菌、胍基乙酸、杜仲提取物及二种添加剂的复合制剂投喂鲤,结果显示,单一添加组可在一定程度上对鲤的生长性能造成影响,而二种添加剂复合制剂较基础饲料均显著提高鲤的生长性能,改善非特异性免疫力,促进能量代谢,同时机体免疫力也得到明显增强,该研究结果能为鲤鱼的饲养提供依据,促进鱼类养殖的健康发展。
Activity of EM bacteria, guanidinoacetic acid, eucommia extract, is a new type of nutrient feed additives, which plays an important role in improving animal growth performance, improving meat quality and promoting energy metabolism.To investigate the effects of different additives on the growth performance and non-specific immunity of common carp, five groups per treatment of feeds containing different types of additives were fed to common carp for this experiment. Five hundred and forty carps were randomly divided into six groups: five experimental groups and one control group. The test diet was supplemented with 3% EM bacteria, 250 mg/kg guanidinoacetic acid, 3% EM bacteria + 250 mg/kg guanidinoacetic acid, 0.15% eucommia extract, 0.15% eucommia extract + 3% EM bacteria, respective- ly, the test period was 38 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, the three kinds of feed additives and compound additives all contributed to the increase of body weight, body length and bait coefficient of carp. The activities of PK, SDH, SOD and LSZ were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). The activity of CK was decreased, was different significantly (P〈0.05). The results showed that a certain amount of active EM, guanidinoacetic acid, eucommia extract and two kinds of additives to feed carp can enhance the growth performance of carp, improve the nonspecific immunity, promote energy metabolism, immunity have been significantly enhanced at the same time, the research resulls can provide referenc'e lot the breeding of carp, promole the health) development of fish fanning.
