摘要
本文具体阐述了目的:残余应力分析仪、扫描电镜、电子探针项目对环境的辐射影响。结果:工作状态下,其中应力分析仪铅玻璃屏风周围X-γ辐射剂量率监测范围为(59.9~68.5)n Gy/h;扫描电镜设备屏蔽周围X-γ辐射剂量率监测范围为(81.1~90.9)n Gy/h,;电子探针设备屏蔽周围X-γ辐射剂量率监测范围则为(88.8~90.7)n Gy/h,均低于《工业X射线探伤放射卫生防护标准》(GBZ117-2015)所规定的2.5μGy/h的标准限值。结果表明,结论:开机状态时,上述三种仪器设备对工作人员及公众的辐射环境影响较小,参照辐射环境保护的要求,该项目的运行是安全的。
Objective: To understand the radiation effects of residual stress analyzer, scanning electron microscope and electron probe project on the environment. Results: Under the working condition, the X-γ radiation dose rate monitoring range around the lead glass screen of stress analyzer is (59.9-68.5)nGy/h; the monitoring range of X-γ radiation dose rate around the shield of scanning electron microscope equipment is (81.1-90.9). nGy/h,; the range of X-γ radiation dose rate of the shielding around the electron probe device is (88.8- 90.7)nGy/h, which is lower than that specifed in “Industrial X-ray Inspection Radiological Protection Standard” (GBZ117-2015) 2.5 μGy/h standard limit. Conclusion: In the boot state, the impact on the radiation environment of workers and the public is small. According to the requirements of radiation and environmental protection, the operation of the project is safe.
