摘要
随着经济、科技的高速发展,地球的环境问题也在日益严重,在此背景下,建设项目环境监理已经成为了我国环境管理体系不可分割的一部分。但是整个体系还没有健全,还需要进一步的完善。本文介绍了中国环境监理的产生和发展历程,讨论了中国各省份建设项目环境监理开展存在的共性问题,并以贵州省为例重点介绍其环境监理开展情况。针对各地区开展的环境监理工作中存在的不足,提出一些建议。同时也对中国建设项目环境监理的未来发展进行了前瞻性的展望,相信未来中国的环境监管体系会逐步完善,在环境管理中发挥更大的作用。
With the rapid development of economy and science and technology, the environmental problems of the earth are gradually becoming serious. Therefore, the environmental supervision of construction projects has become an inseparable part of China’s environmental management system. However, the entire system has not yet been perfected and needs further improvement. This paper introduces the history of the development and development of China’s environmental supervision, discusses common problems in the development of environmental supervision projects in various provinces in China, and focuses on the implementation of environmental supervision in Guizhou Province. In response to the defciencies in environmental supervision conducted by various regions, some suggestions were made. At the same time, it also has forward-looking prospects for the future development of China’s construction project environmental supervision. It is believed that China’s environmental monitoring system will gradually improve and play a greater role in environmental management.
