摘要
目的观察健脾益气通络汤对糖尿病肾病的干预效果。方法选择2016年3月至2017年1月在石家庄肾病医院接受治疗的糖尿病肾病患者107例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(54例)和治疗组(53例),在对症支持治疗基础上,对照组患者应用常规方法干预,治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用健脾益气通络汤。结果治疗后,两组患者肾功能各项指标数据均改善,且治疗组的改善程度优于对照组;治疗组的临床疗效显著优于对照组(Z=6.333,P<0.01);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健脾益气通络汤联合常规西医治疗糖尿病肾病,可提高治疗效果,且安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of Jianpi Yiqi Tongluo Decoction on diabetic nephropathy. Methods Totally 107 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to Shijiazhuang Kidney Disease Hospital from March 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into the control group（54 eases） and the treatment group（53 eases） according to the random number method. Onthe basis of symptomatic supportive treatment,the control group was given routine intervention, the treatment group was treated with Jianpi Yiqi Tongluo Decoction on the basis of the control group. Results After treatment, the indexes of renal function in the two groups were improved, and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group（Z = 6. 333, P 〈 0.01）. There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups（P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Yiqi Tongluo Decoction combined with conven- tional Western medicine for treating patients with diabetic nephropathy can improve the therapeutic effect and it has good safety,which is worthy of promotion.
