摘要
随着涡轮增压器在发动机上的应用越来越普遍,负压控制增压器执行器已成为增压器执行器控制策略的主流技术。真空控制阀应用在发动机上,为增压器执行器输出负压,驱动增压器执行器工作。真空控制阀作为电磁式执行器,性能稳定,且控制准确。自带空气滤清器的真空控制阀与普通真空控制阀相比,可提升机舱布置自由度,真空控制阀布置无需受空气滤清器布置掣肘。我们通过研究某机型上两种真空控制阀失效情况,结合真空控制阀工作原理确定自带空气滤清器真空控制阀功能失效的真因,并根据问题真因制定防止真空控制阀功能失效的措施。
As the application of turbocharger is more and more universal, the negative pressure controlling of actuator is becoming the mainstream technology in the field of turbocharger control policy. The electric pressure transducer is applied to engine to output negative pressure for turbocharger actuator and make the actuator works. The electric pressure transducer has benefits as magnetic valve, such as stable performance, accurate controlling. The electric pressure transducer with air filter makes machinery arrangement easier than normal valve, It could kick over the position of the air filter. Through doing study on two failure modes and combine the operating principle to find out the reason why the valve doesn't work. Then make measures to prevent the valve failure from these root reasons.
