摘要
采用职业倦怠、工作压力、情感体验三个量表对广西某监狱部分警察进行测试,结果发现:男性警察职业倦怠显著高于女性警察,监狱警察工作压力与职业倦怠的情感耗竭、消极疏离呈显著正相关,正性情感体验与职业倦怠中的消极疏离、低效能呈显著负相关,负性情感体验不具有任何预测作用。
Use is made of the scales of job burnout, work stress and emotional experience to test a portion of the policemen in a prison in Guangxi. The result shows a larger number of male police with job burnout than female police with job burnout. There is significant positive correlation between emotional exhaustion resulting from work stress and job burnout and negative alienation, while there is remarkable negative correlation between positive emotional experience and negative alienation and low efficiency in job burnout. Negative emotional experience doesn't have any predictive effect.
