摘要
目的 了解新入职护士岗前培训课程内容及培训授课方式的需求，探讨不同医院等级的新入职护士岗前培训课程内容需求的差异性，为构建科学的新入职护士岗前培训计划提供参考依据和实践指导。方法 于2016 年12 月—2017 年1 月按照整群抽样的方法，选取某市多家医院400 名新入职护士作为研究对象，采用自行设计的《新入职护士岗前培训需求评估调查问卷》进行现况问卷调查。资料采用SPSS 20.0 统计分析软件进行统计分析。结果 最终纳入研究对象365 名。新入职护士对岗前培训课程内容50 个条目需求得分为4.03～4.69 分，其中偏向于非常需要的（M≥ 4.5 分）的条目有30 项，其他条目均显示需要的程度。培训授课方式以临床实践演练（含操作示教、情景模拟）为主。不同医院等级新入职护士岗前培训课程内容需求“法律法规、规范标准”“医院管理规章制度”“安全管理”“沟通技巧”“健康教育”及“护士自我心理保健”6 个维度得分差异均有统计学意义（P＜ 0.01）。结论 新入职护士对岗前培训课程内容的需求程度较高，对岗前培训课程内容希望授课方式的需求多样化。新入职护士岗前培训部分课程内容需求因医院等级的不同而有差异性。
Objective To understand the needs of course content and training methods in new nurses＇ pre-service training, and to explore the differences in the demands of pre-service traning course content in different grade of hospitals, so as to provide references and practical guidance for the construction of a scientific and reliable pre-service training plan for new nurses. Methods From December 2016 to January 2017, a total of 400 new nurses from different hospitals in a certain city were selected by cluster sampling method, and investigated with the self-designed ＂new nurse pre-service training needs assessment questionnaire＂. The research data was analyzed by SPSS 20.0 statistical analysis software. Results Finally a total of 365 nurses were included in the study. The score of the total 50 items in the questionnaire was 4.03 to 4.69, among which there were 30 items＇results tending to ＂very need＂ （M~〉4.5）, and the results of other items were ＂need＂. Clinical practice simulation （including demonstration, scene simulation） was the main training methods. The differences of pre-service training course content needs including ＂laws, regulations and standards＂ ＂hospital management regulations＂ ＂safety management＂ ＂communication skills＂ ＂health education＂ and ＂the nurse self psychological care＂ in nurses from different grade of hospitals were statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions All new nurses have a high degree of the demand for pre-service training, and hope the methods of pre-service training to be diversification. The requirements for the pre-serviee training of new nurses are different from the hospital grade.
