摘要
应变计在生产过程中会产生一定数量和类型的缺陷,因此需要将不合格的产品剔除。通过人工目检或显微镜下人眼检测的传统方法效率非常低,而且应变计本身尺寸只有5μm,丝删是应变计本身的一部分,宽度只有20μm,检测缺陷的难度不管对人工还是机器都是很大的挑战,本文针对上述问题开发了AOI检测系统。本系统按功能设计划分为图像采集模块、气动吸附模块、运动扫描模块和图像处理模块,通过各个模块之间的信息交互和数据传递完成缺陷的检测。试验结果表明,该系统能够实现对电阻应变计的多种缺陷检测。
It will produce a certain numbertion, therefore unqualified products need tovisual inspection or microscope eye deteabove problem. According to the functioand type of defects in the process of the strain gauge produc-be removed. The efficiency of traditional method by artificialction is very low. AOI detecn design of this system, it'system is developed based on thes divided into image acquisition mod-ule, pneumatic adsorption module, the scanning and image processing module. The defect detection iscompleted through the information interaction between the various modules and data transfer. The test re-suits show that the system can achieve a variety of defect detection of resistance strain gauge.
