摘要
随着机器视觉、模式识别、图像处理等技术的发展,图像编码与采集技术也显得越来越重要。针对图像采集系统的开发成本、开发难度以及所采集图像的清晰度方面的问题,本文采用意法半导体公司的STM32F407单片机作为主控芯片,OV2640摄像头模块作为图像采集模块,设计了一款低功耗、低成本的图像编码与采集系统。利用STM32的数字摄像头(DCMI)接口、直接存储器访问(DMA)等外设,以及OV2640的硬件编码能力,本系统可以采集分辨率为1600*1200的JPEG格式的图像,或者将RGB565格式的图像编码成分辨率为800*480的BMP格式图像,并将采集到的图像保存到SD卡。
With the development of machine vision, pattern recognition, image processing and other technologies, image coding and acquisition technology is increasingly becoming important. Given the existence of some problems in the image acquisition system, such as the development costs, the complexity of development and the clarity of the collected images, this paper adopts STM32F407 MCU as the master chip and OV2640 camera module as the image acquisition module to design a low power, low cost image coding and acquisition system. Specifically, Using STM32 digital cameras (DCMI) interface, direct memory access (DMA) and other peripherals, as well as the hardware OV2640 coding ability, this system can capture a resolution of 1600 * 1200 JPEG format image, or put RGB565 format image encoding into a resolution of 800 * 480 BMP format images, and saves the captured image to the SD card.
