远红外线照射对动静脉内瘘扣眼穿刺隧道形成的影响 被引量:4

摘要 扣眼穿刺法是近年来从国外引进的内瘘穿刺方法,越来越受到维持性血液透析患者的欢迎。此法对血管长度要求不高,可减少血管瘤的形成,对血管内瘘损伤少,适合于任何内瘘血管,被认为是自体动静脉内瘘的首选穿刺方法。目前,扣眼穿刺法在我科已逐渐被推广使用,在使用过程中有出现穿刺点渗血、隧道形成时间较长及钝针穿刺困难等情况;为了让皮下隧道达到更好的使用效果,我科对部分患者进行建立隧道的初期联合采用远红外线照射穿刺点,取得较满意效果,现报告如下。
