视乳头血流改变在视神经脊髓炎疾病进展评估中的作用 被引量:3

Evaluation of Neuromyelitis Optica Patients through Optic Nerve Head Blood Flow Density

摘要 目的通过光学相干断层扫描血管成像(OCTA)技术探索视乳头血流改变在视神经脊髓炎(NMO)评估中的作用。方法纳入26例NMO患者(NMO组)和26例正常健康人(对照组)进行视功能检查及眼底影像学评估,利用OCTA检测患者视乳头血流灌注情况,并对NMO组和对照组上述指标的差异以及NMO患者视乳头血流灌注与视网膜厚度、视功能间的关系进行统计学分析。结果 NMO组视乳头血流密度显著下降(P<0.01),是NMO的原发改变之一,且与视功能损伤呈显著相关(P<0.01)。结论利用无创OCTA技术检测视乳头血流密度可用于评估NMO疾病进展及病理机制的研究,并为NMO诊断提供了潜在的新手段。 Aim To explore the utility of optic nerve head(ONH) blood flow density in neuromyelitis optic(NMO) evaluation through optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA). Methods Visual function examination and ocular fundus imaging tests were performed in 26 NMO patients and 26 healthy controls. Blood flow density of ONH were measured through OCTA and the difference between NMO and the control group was analyzed. The relationship between ONH blood flow density and retinal thickness as well as visual function were also analyzed. Results The ONH blood flow density of NMO patients significantly reduced compared to the healthy controls(P〈0.01), and was demonstrated to be one of the primary pathological changes of NMO. The ONH blood flow density correlated significantly with the visual function(P〈0.01). Conclusions ONH blood flow density measured by OCTA provides a new imaging biomarker for NMO, which can be used in the evaluation of disease progress and the study of pathophysiological mechanism.
