Treatment of sebaceous gland hyperplasia with fractional Q-switched 1064 nm laser

摘要 目的观察Q开关1064nm像束激光治疗老年性皮脂腺增生的效果。方法对36例老年性皮脂腺增生患者采用Q开关l064nm像束激光治疗,l~2周治疗1次,6~8次为1个疗程。结果经Q开关1064nm像束激光治疗后皮损在治疗1个疗程后逐渐萎缩,或出现增生组织脱落,原皮损区无明显色素异常或瘢痕形成,与周同正常皮肤组织差异不明显,随访6个月后未见复发。结论Q开关1064nm像束激光可有效清除老年性皮脂腺增生皮损且具有美容优势。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of fractional Q-switched 1 064 nm laser in treatment of sebaceous gland hyperplasia. Methods 36 patients with sebaceous gland hyperplasia were recruited and treated with fractional Q-switched 1 064 nm laser, once per 1 -2 weeks, 6 -8 times for a course,lesion clearance, post-treatment scaring and pigmentation were observed. Results Skin lesions gradually shrank or came off after one course of treatment with fractional Q-switched 1 064 nm laser, leaving mild difference of texture compared with the surrounding skin, no obvious scaring or pigment anomaly occurred, no recurrence was found during 6-month follow-up. Conclusions Fractional Q- switched 1 064 nm laser is effective for clearance of sebaceous gland hyperplasia, furthermore, it presents more pleasant cosmetic outcome could be obtained by a single technique.
