摘要
报告1例阴囊皮脂腺增生。患者男,20岁。阴囊散在多个皮色或淡黄色粟粒大丘疹1年,无自觉症状。皮肤组织病理显示表皮正常,真皮浅层可见单个增生、成熟的由18个皮脂腺小叶组成的团块,中心有扩大的皮脂腺导管,未见明显的细胞异形性。
A case of sebaceous gland hyperplasia in the scrotum is reported. A 20-year-old male patient had suffered asymptomatic papules on his scrotum for 1 year. Skin biopsy showed no epidermal changes, marked hyperplasia with well-differentiated lobules and a central dilated sebaceous gland duct were observed in the upper dermis. No atypical sebaceous cells were found in the lobules.
