摘要
中小学生处于儿童向成人的重要过渡期,来自各方面的压力和挫折使得心理危机事件时有发生。中小学生心理危机预防与应对,日益受到教育部门和社会的关注。文章收集了教师和学生群体对心理危机的认知情况,梳理中小学生心理危机的识别和评估策略,提出建构学校心理危机预防及干预体系的途径及内容,旨在为学校的心理危机干预工作做知识上的澄清与技术上的指导,帮助学校将心理危机的发生率降到最低,促进学生心理和人格的健全发展。
Primary and secondary school students are in an important period of transition from childhood to adulthood, so psycho- logical crisis happen from time to time because of pressure and setbacks from various aspects. Prevention and solutions of psychologi- cal crisis of primary and secondary school students are increasingly concerned by the education department and the society. This study summarized teachers' and students' cognition of psychological crisis, sorted out the identification and evaluation strategies of psycho- logical crisis of primary and secondary school students, and proposed the ways and contents to set up psychological crisis prevention and intervention system in school. It aims at providing knowledge support and technical guidance for psychological crisis intervention in school , minimizing the negative impact of psychological crisis, and promoting the healthy development of students' mental health and personality.
