摘要
随着网络购物规模的不断攀升,网络大数据对政府管理和人民生活都将带来重要影响。就政府领域而言,居民消费价格指数(CPI)的编制因为与样本采集、统计频率、权重资料等因素高度相关,已成为受大数据影响最为显著的领域之一。但由于线上与线下数据特征存在较大差异,现有CPI编制方法并不完全适用于线上价格指数。文章对中国CPI编制方法在线上价格指数中的适用性进行详尽分析,探讨了相关的调整与改进方法。
With the increasing scale of online shopping, the Internet big data will bring important influence upon government management and people's daily life. As for the field of government, the compiling of Consumer Price Index (CPI) becomes one of the most significant areas affected by big data for its high correlation to such factors as sample collection, statistics frequency, weighted data and so on. However, due to the large difference between the online and offline data characteristics, the existing CPI compiling method is not entirely applicable to the online price index. In view of this case, this paper conducts a detailed analysis on the applicability of China' s CPI compiling method to the online-offline price index.
