330 kV输电线路复合绝缘子鸟粪闪络特性研究 被引量:20

摘要 2011年以来,宁夏地区330 kV线路多次发生鸟害故障跳闸,严重威胁了宁夏电网的安全稳定运行。目前国内外对于引起330 kV线路的鸟粪闪络机理及其影响因素仍缺乏研究。文中首先研究了低温环境下染污硅橡胶的憎水特性,然后基于鸟粪下落过程中最大连续长度与鸟粪参数的关系,试验研究了鸟粪下落方式、下落通道、电导率、粘度、体积、下落位置和相对湿度等对330 kV复合绝缘子闪络特性的影响。试验结果表明,330 kV复合绝缘子的鸟粪闪络概率随距离的减小、鸟粪长度的增加而增加;鸟粪脱离横担比未脱离横担下落时发生闪络的概率更低;带均压环比不带均压环时绝缘子更易发生闪络;当鸟粪体积、鸟粪电导率、空气相对湿度越大时,发生鸟粪闪络的概率越大。 Since 2011,330 kV line in Ningxia has repeatedly occurred bird fault tripping, a serious threat to the safe and stable operation of Ningxia power grid. There is still a lack of research about the guano flashover mechanism of 330 kV line and its factors at home and abroad. This paper firstly studied the hydrophobic property of contaminated silicone rubber in low temperature environment pollution. Then based on the relationship between the maximum con- tinuous length and guano parameters during the drop of guano, this paper studied the influence of drop way, drop channel, conductivity, viscosity, volume, drop position and relative humidity on the flashover characteristic of 330 kV composite insulators in contaminated laboratory. The test results showed that the flashover probability of 330 kV com- posite insulator increases with the decrease of distance and the increase of guano. The flashover probability of guano escaped from cross arm is lower than not escaped, and the insulators have higher flashover probability when with coro- na ring than that without corona ring. When the guano volume, conductivity, and the air relative humidity are large, the probability of occurrence of flashover is greater.
