摘要
溃疡性结肠炎（UC）作为一种病因尚不十分明确的慢性非特异性炎症,肠黏膜难愈是UC复发的重要原因之一及治疗难点。融汇中医学及现代医学对该病的认识,认为＂脾虚＂＂血瘀＂是UC黏膜难愈的中医病机,在中医阴阳理论及取象比类思维启发下,提出促肠黏膜愈合的托里透毒法,并举验案以说明其在UC治疗中的运用,以期为UC的中医治疗提供新思路。
Ulcerative colitis（UC） is a chronic nonspecific and unknown etiology inflammation,and intestinal mucosa refractory is one of the important reasons for UC recurrence and treatment difficulties. By combining traditional Chinese and modern medicine understanding of the disease,this article considers that pathogenesis of Chinese medicine about the UC mucosa refractory is spleen deficiency and blood stasis and proposes therapy of expelling toxins from body to treat UC mucous refractory under the inspiration of Yin and Yang theory about Chinese medicine and the thinking of taking the image than the class thinking,and gives a case to illustrate its application in UC treatment,with a view to provide new ideas about the treatment of UC in Chinese medicine.
