摘要
在过去的几十年间,变应性鼻炎的发病率迅速上升,环境因素被认为是引起发病率上升的关键。卫生假说是变应性鼻炎发病机制的重要理论基础之一,其中Toll样受体是目前研究的热点。中医＂天人相应＂观认为,人体无法适应环境的变化是导致疾病发生的关键。文章结合＂天人相应＂理论和卫生假说探讨Toll样受体在变应性鼻炎发病中的作用,为从＂天人相应＂角度防治变应性鼻炎提供研究思路。
In the past few decades,the incidence of allergic rhinitis has risen rapidly. Environmental factors are considered to be the key to generating the rising incidence. The hygiene hypothesis is one of the important theory basis to the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis. The toll-like receptors are hotspot of current research. That the body cannot adapt the changes in the environment is the key to causing the disease based on the theory of＂correspondence between man and universe＂of traditional Chinese medicine. In the paper,we analysed the role of toll-like receptors in the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis based on ＂correspondence between man and universe＂and hygiene hypothesis to provide the research strategies of applying ＂correspondence between man and universe＂to treat allergic rhinitis.
