摘要
目的探讨斯奇康为主治疗变应性鼻炎的治疗效果。方法160例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为二组。观察组给予肌肉注射斯奇康注射液治疗,每次注射1.0mg,隔日注射1次,18d为一个疗程,同时给予1%地塞米松麻黄素滴鼻剂滴鼻,口服阿司咪唑,治疗时间为一个疗程。对照组除不用斯奇康外,治疗方法与观察组相同。结果观察组治疗有效率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.44,P<0.05)。结论斯奇康可以提高和调整机体免疫功能,是一种经济、有效治疗变应性鼻炎的方法。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Bacillus Calmette- Guerin Polysaccharides Nucleic Acid（BCG- PSN） for the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 160 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups：one of which received muscle injection of BCG-PSN 1.0mg per two days for 18 days and Astemizolo 3mg three times a day orally and dripped nose with dexamethasone ephedrine at the same time （therapy group）, the other group only had oral administration of Astemizolo at the same dose and dripped nose with the same drug as those in therapy group （control group）. Results The effect of the therapy was obviously better than that of the control group（x^2 = 4. 44, P〈0.05）. Conclusion BCG- PSN may improve and adjust the immunity of the body,which is an effective and economic therapy method.
