摘要
采用三阶段DEA分析方法测算我国农业机械的投入产出效率,对比传统一阶段DEA方法与经过剔除环境因素之后的第三阶段DEA效率值变化,结果显示我国大多数省份纯技术效率以及规模效率排位顺序均发生变动,并按照调整之后的效率值进一步将我国划分为中东西部进行分析,发现我国中西部地区的效率值均有所增长,其中中部地区效率值表现为逐渐超越东部地区的走势,且各省份之间的农机投入产出效率在逐步向均衡化发展,说明地区之间的技术效率差异在逐步缩小,最后结合当前我国农机的发展现状以及本文的实证研究结果,对我国农机未来发展方向给出相应政策建议。
In this paper,by adopting three-stage DEA analysis method for measuring input and output efficiency of agricultural machinery in our country,through comparing traditional DEA method and phase after stripping out the environment of the third stage DEA efficiency values change,the results show that most of China's pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency rankings are changed.According to the efficiency value after adjustment of our country further be divided into the Middle East in the west were analyzed,and the results show that the value of the efficiency of the central and western regions in China has increased,the efficiency of the central region value is beyond the eastern region,and of all the input and output efficiency of agricultural machinery in the provinces to equalization step by step development,show that the technical efficiency differences between regions in gradually narrowed,finally combining with the current status of the development of agricultural machinery in China as well as the results of the empirical study,this paper on China's agricultural machinery in the future development direction is given the corresponding policy recommendations.
