摘要
依据教育部最新《国家学生体质健康标准》,运用"大学生健康风险评估软件"(1)对大学生的体能、高考成绩以及大学期间学习成绩的关系进行研究。以辽宁省三所高校的2013级学生为样本,跟踪到大学三年级,通过采集数据运用实证研究方法对大学生进行体能与学习成绩的纵向比较。结果表明,大一新生的体能与高考成绩没有显著相关,与大一阶段的学习成绩呈显著负相关,即体能明显偏低的新生,学习成绩较好;大三学生的体能与大三学习成绩呈显著正相关,即体能较好的学生,学习成绩也较好。为此,建议在高校开展大学生健康教育,培养大学生正确的健康价值观,改革高校的健康教育与教学,成立专门关注大学生健康教育的管理部门等。
According to the latest National Standardsfor Students Physical Health, assessment software of college students' health-risk is used to analyze the relationship betweenthe physical fitness, College Entrance Examination score and academic performanceof college students. Taking students from three Universities in Liaoning province as its sampling pool, the study lasted three years, and it made a vertical comparison between college students' fitness and their academic performance through empirical research. Research shows that freshmen's fitness is not significantly correlated to their entrance exam scores. However, it is significantly negatively correlated to their academic performance during the first year in college: the worse the fitness, the better the performance.When it comes to juniors, their fitness is significantly correlated to their academic performance, which means students better in fitness perform better academically. Therefore, three suggestions are put forward in this paper: to cultivate correct health values in college students, to reform the college's physical education, and to establish a special health management department for college students.
