摘要
目的探讨药师床旁教育对2型糖尿病患者二甲双胍认知度的影响,优化床旁用药教育的模式。方法选取我院内分泌病区2017年3月7日至5月3日入院的2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按所属诊疗组分成研究组和对照组。入院48 h之内以问卷形式对研究组及对照组患者进行二甲双胍认知度基础调查。住院期间,研究组和对照组均接受常规诊疗,而研究组患者在常规诊疗的基础上接受药师个体化的二甲双胍用药教育。出院时,对两组患者再次进行二甲双胍认知度问卷调查。比较两组入院与出院的得分差异并调查分析其影响因素。结果研究组(36例)及对照组(42例)的入院调查得分分别为2.5[1.0~4.0]和3.0[1.0~5.0],出院调查得分分别为9.0[7.0~12.0]和4.0[2.0~5.3],两组出院时得分与入院时比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),研究组出院时分值的提高显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。性别及是否曾服用二甲双胍对于二甲双胍认知度的提高有显著性的影响。结论 2型糖尿病患者对于二甲双胍的认知度普遍较低,药师床旁教育可显著提高患者对于二甲双胍的认知度,要鼓励患者尽量从专业人士如药师获取用药知识,用药教育从用药初始进行效果较好。
Objective To investigate the influence of pharmacist bedside education on the knowledge of metformin in type 2 diabetic patients and optimize the mode of bedside medication education.Methods Patients with type2 diabetes mellitus who were admitted to endocrine wards in our hospital from March 7 to May 3,2017 were included in the study.According to the treatment group they belonged to,patients were divided into control group and study group.Within 48 hours of admission,basal questionnaire survey of the knowledge of metformin was conducted in both groups.Both groups received conventional treatment.Then for the study group,pharmacists carried out individualized medication education with written education materials.All patients of two groups filled out the questionnaire again at discharge.The scores of the questionnaire were compared between the two groups and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results Scores of questionnaire after admission of the study group(n = 36) and control group(n = 42) were2.5[1.0 ~ 4.0]and 3.0[1.0 ~ 5.0],respectively.The scores of questionnaire at discharge of the study group and the control group were 9.0[7.0 ~ 12.0]and 4.0[2.0 ~ 5.3],respectively;the difference between two scores before and after had statistical significance(P 〈 0.01) for both groups;the scores of study group was significantly higher than that of control group(P 〈 0.01).Gender and whether the patient had taken metformin had a significant effects on the increase in the knowledge of metformin.Conclusion Knowledge of metformin is little for patients with type 2 diabetes,which can be significantly improved by pharmacist bedside education;the patients should be encouraged to get drug information from professionals,such as pharmacists,and the effect of education will be better at the initiation of the medication.
