摘要
目的探讨早期肠内营养对创伤大鼠β内啡肽(β-EP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)的表达及免疫功能的影响。方法选择10只SD大鼠为A组(正常对照组),30只SD大鼠构建双侧股骨离断创伤大鼠模型,分为B组(创伤对照组)、C组(早期肠内营养组)、D组(延迟肠内营养组),于肠内营养7 d后,分别测量CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+水平及β-EP、TNF-α、IL-10水平。结果 B组术后CD4^+细胞数量与CD4^+/CD8^+比值显著低于A组(P<0.05);C组和D组CD4^+与CD4^+/CD8^+比值相对于A组均有下降(P<0.05),但均高于B组(P<0.05),C组CD4^+与CD4^+/CD8^+比值显著高于D组(P<0.05);与A组比较,B组β-EP、TNF-α、IL-10均显著升高(P<0.05)。与B组比较,C组和D组β-EP、TNF-α水平均显著降低,IL-10显著升高(P<0.05)。与D组比较,C组β-EP、TNF-α水平均显著降低,IL-10显著升高(P<0.05)。结论对大鼠实施早期肠内营养可以调节大鼠促、抗炎细胞因子平衡及改善机体免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the effects of early enteral nutrition on the expression of beta endorphin(β-EP),tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) and interleukin 10(IL-10) and the immune function in traumatized rats.Methods Totally 10 SD rats were selected as group A(normal control group);30 SD rats were selected to build the bilateral femoral transection rat models,then they were divided into group B(control group,trauma),group C(enteral nutrition group),and group D(delayed enteral nutrition group);level of CD3 ~+,CD4 ~+ and CD8 ~+ and β-EP,TNF-α,and IL-10 were measured after 7 days’ enteral nutrition.Results The CD4 ~+ cell number and the CD4 ~+/CD8 ~+ ratio of group B were significantly lower than those of group A after the operation(P 〈 0.05).The CD4 ~+ and CD4 ~+/CD8 ~+ratio of group C and group D were lower than those of group A(P 〈 0.05),but higher than those of group B(P 〈0.05);CD4 ~+ and CD4 ~+/CD8 ~+ ratio of group C were significantly higher than those of group D(P 〈 0.05);the levels of β-EP,TNF-α,and IL-10 of group B were significantly higher than those of group A(P 〈 0.05).The levels of β-EP and TNF-α of group C and group D were significantly lower than those of group B,and IL-10 was significantly higher than those of group B(P 〈 0.05).The levels of β-EP and TNF-α of group C were significantly lower than those of group D,and IL-10 was significantly higher than that of group D(P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Early enteral nutrition can regulate the balance of proinflammatory cytokines and anti-inflammatory cytokines,and can improve the immune function in rats.
