摘要
"双一流"建设战略实施以来,高校进一步加强学科团队建设工作,建设高水平专家人才队伍,以全面提高学科建设水平。对学科团队发展至关重要的党建工作则相对滞后,存在党组织设置不完善、重业务轻党务、党员模范作用缺失等问题,严重影响和制约了学科团队的科学发展。学科团队党建工作要把握学科团队的特征和发展趋势,坚持党组织全覆盖、党管人才、党建与业务相结合的原则,科学完善学科团队党组织设置、发挥党建对业务工作的指导和推动作用、注重学科团队党组织的思想政治教育功能、完善学科团队党建工作的保障措施,切实提升学科团队党建工作水平,实现学科团队的科学发展,推动一流学科建设。
Universities have further strengthened the construction of discipline-teams and established high-level talent team,since the implementation of construct world-class university and discipline, so as to comprehensively improve the level of discipline construction. Party Construction is vital for the development of discipline-teams, but it is lagging, and the party organizations are not perfect, focusing too much on education and teaching, ignored the party construction in discipline, party members＇ exemplary role is weak. Those seriously affected and restricted the scientific development of discipline-teams. Strengthening Party Construction in discipline-teams, university must grasp the characteristics and development trend of discipline-teams, adhere to the principles, full coverage of party organization, party manages talents, combining party construction with education and teaching. And than Perfect party organization setting, party construction guides and promotes the work of education and teaching, focusing on the ideological and political education function of party construction, perfect safeguard measures. So as to effectively improve the level of Party Construction in Discipline-Teams, realize the scientific development of discipline-teams, to promote the construction of word-class university.
