摘要
作为培养专业化、高素质的学前教师的主要力量,幼高专院校担负着重要的使命,培养满足地方经济、社会发展需要的专科层次学前教师教育人才。幼高专院校作为专科师范院校,由于生源素质较低、党建工作基础薄弱、党建科学化水平较低等问题,导致党建工作存在较大的困难。通过从制度、组织、队伍、文化、品牌等方面建设,构建党建团队,发挥团队的积极作用,推进当前幼高专院校党建工作的开展。
As the main force of cultivation of specialized and high-quality preschool teachers,the preschool plays an important role in developing local economy,society,meet the development needs of preschool teacher education at college level.Preschool as a Junior Normal College,due to the lower quality of the work of Party building,weak foundation,party building scientific level low,resulting in party building work is very difficult.Through the system,organization,team,culture,the respect such as the brand construction,building construction team,team to play the positive role,to promote the current preschool party builds.
