摘要
[目的/意义]对我国创新驱动发展大背景下企业建立专利情报战略进行研究,引导我国企业专利情报战略良性发展。[方法/过程]首先简要概述了专利情报战略与创新驱动发展的关系,然后研究了企业专利情报战略体系及其关键方面的建设。[结果/结论]企业的专利情报战略体系由管理层、情报层以及职能层三部分组成。关键方面建设集中于企业专利情报平台建设、专利情报人才培养和企业的专利情报外部源建设三方面。
[ Purpose/significance ] This paper studies the establishment of patent information strategy in enterprises under the background of innovation-driven development in China, and guides the benign development of patent information strategy of enter- prises. [ Method/process] First, it briefly outlines the relationship between the patent information strategy and the innovation-driv- en development, and then studies the enterprise patent information strategy system and the construction of the core aspects. [ Resuit/conclusion] The patent information strategy system of enterprise consists of management, intelligence and function. The con- struction of enterprise patent information platform, the training of patent intelligence personnel and the external source construction of patent information are the key aspects.
