摘要
伴随我国知识产权战略的推进,专利等知识产权人才在我国社会经济发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。但是,作为专利人才需求"大户"的企业却面临人才缺失与不足之现状。我国企业专利人才的缺失,既有专利人才认证制度不完善的制度原因,也有企业缺乏知识产权保护意识、缺乏对专利人才培养的自身原因。因而,只有完善我国专利人才认证制度,加强企业专利人才的培养,才能在根本上解决我国企业专利人才缺失的问题。
Patent and other intellectual property talents are playing an increasingly important in our social and economic development along with the advance of China intellectual property strategy. Enterprises, who have huge demand for patent talents, however, are lack of patent talents, the reason of which include the imperfection of the system of patent talent certification, the lack of awareness of intellectual property protection and patent talent cultivation. In order to solve this problem, it is suggested to perfect our nation＇s patent certification system, strengthen the cultivation of enterprise oatent talent.
