摘要
膝骨关节炎(KOA)是临床常见的骨关节疾病,具有高发病率和高致残率,随着我国步入老龄化时代,该病对我国的影响在持续扩大。近年来,推拿在膝骨关节炎治疗中形成了许多新理论,本文将就推拿对膝骨关节炎的作用机制进行综合评述。通过计算机检索中国知网、万方数据网、维普中文科技期刊数据库、PubMed等,检索时间为1990年～2017年,获取关于推拿治疗膝骨关节炎的机理研究相关文献。检索结果显示推拿治疗膝骨关节炎疗效确切,目前研究主要集中在炎性因子、软骨代谢、循环系统及周围软组织方面,而对于细胞信号通路、分子生物学层面的研究较少。
Knee osteoarthritis （KOA） is a kind of common osteoarticular disease which has high incidence and morbidity, and an expanding impact along with the development of aging age in China. In recent years, many new theories about massage therapy in treatment of KOA has formed, and this article would review the mechanism of massage on KOA. Related literatures about the mechanism of massage in treatment of KOA were obtained by searching the databases such as CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP and PubMed, which retrieval time was from 1990 to 2017. The searching results showed that, massage therapy has definite effect on KOA, the current researches mainly focus on aspects of inflammatory factors, cartilage metabolism, circulatory system and peripheral soft tissue, and studies on cell signaling pathway and molecular biological level are rarely seen.
