摘要
针对高校校务管理信息采集、共享和应用中的问题,启动了"一张表"应用工程,为师生提供统一的信息填报入口,解决师生重复填报表格的问题,加大校务管理信息整合力度,消除师生相关信息在各系统间的不一致现象,推进业务系统的使用,实现信息及时更新和全面共享,在数据应用方面进行了探索。
Aiming at the problem of incomplete information collection, sharing and application of affairs management in universities, a ＂One Table＂ application project was designed to provide teachers and students with a unified information entry portal, to solve the problem of repeatedly forms-filing, increase the intensity of information integration, eliminate teacher-student information inconsistencies between different systems, promote the use of business systems, and to achieve information updates timely and sharing completedly.
