摘要
目前高职院校综合服务平台建设存在数据共享不畅、业务协同不够、网上服务事项不全等问题。浙江交通职业技术学院经过探索与实践,结合校本数据中心建设,构建专属“交院钉”数字化校园综合服务平台,梳理教学、后勤、人事、财务等主要业务流程,推出“一码通师生服务”、“一体化教学管理”、“一程式网上办事”、“一站式电子报销”等多个多跨场景应用,实现90%以上业务流程网上办事,“最多跑一次”满意度90%以上,有效提升学校整体智治水平。
At present, the construction of comprehensive service platform in higher vocational colleges has various problems such as poor data sharing, insufficient business collaboration and incomplete online services. Through exploration and practice, Zhejiang Institute of Communications has built digital comprehensive service platform for higher vocational colleges based on exclusive DingTalk by combinating with the construction of the data center, which combing the main business processes of teaching, logistics, personnel, finance, etc. It has produced multiple multi scenario applications such as Unified Code for Teachers and Students, Integrated Academic Affairs and Student Work Management, Online Campus Services and One-Stop Reimbursement. The goal is to achieve more than 90% of campus services handled online and the satisfaction of All Done by Once Submitted reaching more than 90%. The system will continuously improve the overall intellectual governance level of the college.
