摘要
《公差与配合》课程具有专业术语多、内容抽象、涉及知识面广的特点,针对本科授课的理论要求和实践需求,对该课程的教学方法进行探讨与研究。该课程教学分为课堂授课与实践训练两部分,基于本科生的理论要求,设计授课部分的内容结构和专业知识,在此基础上,与之对应地搭建实践部分的测量实验。通过专业知识讲授与实践训练的组合教学,为本科生攻读硕士、博士和未来从事科技工作储备专业知识。
Tolerance and Fits possesses a great many of technical terms, abstract contents and relevant knowledge. Based on the theoretical and practical requirements of undergraduates, the teaching methods of this course are analyzed and discussed. The teaching content of this course consists of the classroom session and the practical training. The professional contents of the classroom session are formulated based on the theoretical requirements. The measurement experiments of the practical training are conducted corresponding to the professional contents.The theoretical knowledge and the engineering ability can be thoroughly acquired by adopting the proposed teaching method. It is useful and important for the masters, Ph Ds and ST workers.
