高校组织权变型领导培养策略

摘要 领导者的有效领导对组织的发展至关重要。在高校内、外部环境不断变化的今天,培养权变型领导可以有效应对不确定条件引发的各类问题,充分激发下属的潜能,引领组织顺利度过各个发展阶段,从而实现组织持续、健康、稳定的发展。高校组织要想培养权变型领导,必须营造有利于权变型领导"生长"的环境,构造新的工作情境,设计创造性的、连续性的职业培训体系等。 Effective leaders are vital to the development of the organizations. Today,the internal and the external environment of the university is changeable foster contingent leaders can cope with the condition of uncertainty,inspire the potential of the subordinates fully,leading organizations get through each stage of the development smoothly,thus organizations can develop continuously,healthily and steadily. If the university organizations want to foster the contingent leaders,they should create advantageous environment for the contingent leaders to "grow",construct new circumstances of the work and design creative,successive training system of vocation and so on.
