摘要
基于1995~2014年间中国30个省区的面板数据,针对3E系统的长期动态演化趋势和短期非线性波动特征,采用可加模型,从线性和非线性两方面辨识东中西三大区域能源和经济系统与环境之间的关系。结果表明,在能源-环境和经济-环境系统交互发展过程中同步性与非同步性交替存在,线性和非线性影响程度与特征在三大区域存在差异。此外,在3E系统演化过程中,不论是线性还是非线性影响,经济发展水平越高、能源建设现代化程度越高,对环境质量改善的正向促进作用越明显。
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 1995 to 2014,for the long-term evolutionary trend and short-term nonlinear volatility characteristics of 3 Esystem,the semi-parameter addictive model is introcluced,and the relationship among energy,economy,and environment is estimated from linear and nonlinear aspects.It is showed that in the development of energy-environment system and economy-environment system,synchronicity and non-synchronicity appear alternately.There are significant difference in linear and nonlinear effects among three regions.Besides,during the system evolution the higher development of economy and modernization level of energy construction,the more obvious promotion in improving environment,whether the effect is linear or nonlinear.
