摘要
目的:探讨加味枳术颗粒治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年11月—2017年11月大庆市第五医院收治的糖尿病胃轻瘫患者75例,按照入院顺序分组,单号为观察组(38例),双号为对照组(37例)。在常规降糖方案维持性治疗的基础上,对照组患者给予枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗,观察组患者给予加味枳术颗粒治疗。观察两组患者平均临床症状评分、临床疗效、胃排空率及血清生长激素促泌素受体激动剂水平。结果:治疗后,观察组患者平均临床症状评分为(4.12±2.14)分,明显低于对照组的(6.58±2.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总有效率为97.37%(37/38),明显高于对照组的72.97%(27/37),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者平均胃排空率、血清生长激素促泌素受体激动剂水平分别为(60.25±4.25)%、(189.14±6.78)μg/L,明显高于对照组的(51.57±4.11)%、(170.47±5.23)μg/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规降糖治疗的基础上加用加味枳术颗粒用于糖尿病胃轻瘫,疗效显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状,促进胃排空。
OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy of Jiaweizhizhu granules in treatment of diabetic gastroparesis. METHODS： 75 patients with diabetic gastroparesis admitted into Daqing the Fifth Hospital from Nov.2015 to Nov. 2017 were extracted to be divided into observation group（ 38 cases） and control group（ 37 cases） via the admission sequence. On the basis of maintenance therapy of routine hypoglycemic scheme,the control group was given moxabile citrate,while the observation group received Jiaweizhizhu granules. The clinical symptoms score,clinical efficacy,gastric emptying rate and serum growth hormone prolactin receptor agonist levels of two groups were observed.RESULTS： After treatment,the average clinical symptoms score of observation group was（ 4. 12 ± 2. 14） scores,significantly lower than that of control group [（ 6. 58 ± 2. 23） scores],with statistically significant difference（ P 0. 05）. The total effective rate of observation group was 97. 37%（ 37/38）,significantly higher than that of control group [72. 97%（ 27/37） ],with statistically significant difference（ P 0. 05）. The average levels of gastric emptying rate and serum growth hormone prolactin receptor agonist of observation group were respectively（ 60. 25 ± 4. 25） % and（ 189. 14 ± 6. 78） μg/L,significantly higher than those of control group [（ 51. 57 ± 4. 11） % and（ 170. 47 ±5. 23） μg/L],with statistically significant difference（ P 0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： Based on the conventional hypoglycemic treatment,the efficacy of Jiaweizhizhu granules in treatment of diabetic gastroparesis is remarkable,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote gastric emptying.
