摘要
超声波辐照有可能造成心肌细胞膜通透性和离子转运通道功能发生改变,从而影响心肌细胞膜除极和复极过程以及细胞内肌力相关离子浓度分布。超声波的上述生物学效应将影响心肌细胞内肌原纤维收缩功能并导致不同的肌力改变。近年来,相关基础实验和临床研究结果部分证实了超声波的正性肌力生物学效应。本文就该领域的基础与临床研究现状与进展做一述评,旨在为建立全新的无创物理学心力衰竭治疗方法提供进一步基础和临床研究的依据。
Key Laboratory of Ultrasound in Cardiac Electrophysiology and Bio-mechanics Ultrasonic irradiation might increase the membrane permeability of myocardial cell and change the function of trans-membrane ion transport channel, and would lead to an obvious change of depolarization and repolarization of membrane and inner concentration distribution of ions related force of myocardial cells finally. The existed biological effect of ultrasound irradiation might impact on the contractility of myofibrils within myocardial cells during systole and finally induce a change of myocardial contraction force in different ways regionally and globally. In recent years, the related experimental and clinical research results partly confirmed that the above biological effect of ultrasonic irradiation induced positive myocardial inotropic action of ultrasound. This commentary systematically reviews the existing research achievements in the field to provide the basis and clinical research fundament for establishing a new non-invasive physical treatment of heart failure further.
