摘要
从细胞内质网应激角度探讨中医脾虚的科学内涵。介绍内质网的结构与功能、内质网应激的机制以及内质网应激导致的各种疾病,结合中医脾虚证所致各种临床疾病,对中医脾虚证的现代研究情况进行了分析,目前脾虚证本质的研究尚存在一些不足之处,提出了内质网与中医脾的藏象功能联系最大,内质网应激可能是中医脾虚本质的客观指标之一。
This paper discusses the scientific connotation of spleen-deficiency syndrome from the perspective of endoplasmic reticulum stress. It introduces the structure and function of endoplasmic reticulum,the effects of endoplasmic reticulum stress caused by various factors,as well as various diseases caused by endoplasmic reticulum stress. On the basis of various diseases caused by spleen-deficiency syndrome,it analyzs the modern research on spleen-deficiency syndrome of TCM and finds out that the present study the essence of spleen-deficiency still has some shortcomings. It concludes that endoplasmic reticulum has the closest relationship with the function of the＂spleen＂in Chinese medicine and that endoplasmic reticulum stress may essentially be one of the objective indicator of TCM spleen-deficiency.
