摘要
内质网是机体代谢活动的核心细胞器,内质网应激是代谢性疾病的重要发病机制。"脾气散精"是脾参与物质代谢的高度概括,脾的散精功能失常则精微不得输布,聚而成浊,闭阻血络,变证丛生,导致机体代谢紊乱及全身多脏器损害。脾土健运、脾络通畅是脾散精功能正常发挥的基础,补益脾土、通运脾络是促进脾气散精的主要治疗思路。中医脾系统与内质网功能密切相关,"脾不散精"是代谢性疾病的核心病理环节。基于"脾气散精"理论探讨助脾散精法调节内质网应激、恢复内质网稳态治疗代谢性疾病的作用机制。
Endoplasmic reticulum is the core organelle of metabolic activities,and endoplasmic reticulum stress is an important part of metabolic diseases."Spleen Qi dispersing essence"is a generalization of spleen′s participation in material metabolism.If the spleen cannot disperse essence,it′s not allowed to transport the essence.Essence will gather into turbidity and shut off the collaterals.Changing syndromes will thrive,leading to metabolic disorder and injury to multiple organs.Spleen health and spleen vessel patency is the basis of playing the role of"spleen Qi to dispersing essence".Tonifying spleen and dredging collaterals of spleen are to promote the main treatment ideas of"spleen Qi to dispersing essence".The spleen system of traditional Chinese medicine is closely related to the function of endoplasmic reticulum."Spleen could not dispersing the essence"is the core pathogenesis of metabolic disease.Based on the theory of"spleen Qi dispersing essence",this paper discussed the mechanism of promoting spleen and dispersing essence method in regulating endoplasmic reticulum stress and restoring endoplasmic reticulum homeostasis in the treatment of metabolic diseases.
