摘要
为推广栽培铁皮石斛Dendrobium catenatum‘6A2B’、‘7869’、‘966’三个优良新品系,进一步提升药材质量,在2013年2月6日和2013年4月27日2个生长时期,分别采集2年生萌条,测定其中钾、钙、镁、钠、锡、硒、锌、镍、铁、硼、锰、铬、钛、铝、锶、汞、砷、铅、镉、铜等20种矿质元素,研究铁皮石斛中矿质元素的动态积累。结果表明：供试铁皮石斛铅、砷、汞、铬、铜5种重金属元素含量均在规定限度范围内;三个铁皮石斛优良品系间矿质元素差异不显著,生长时期对铁皮石斛矿质元素含量存在显著的影响;钙的含量与多糖含量呈极显著负相关,镁、硼、锰的含量与醇溶性浸出物含量呈显著正相关。
To promote 3 new cultivars of Dendrobium catenatum ‘6 A2 B＇,‘7869＇and ‘966＇,and improve their quality,dynamic accumulation of mineral elements was carried out at two different growth stages,which are February 6 th and April 27 th in 2013. The two-year-old stems were collected,and the contents of 20 kinds of elements（ K,Ca,Mg,Na,Sn,Se,Zn,Ni,Fe,B,Mn,Cr,Ti,Al,Sr,Pb,As,Hg,Cd,Cu） were determined. The result showed that all samples were within heavy mental elements＇ limited provisions. There were no obvious differences of elements content in 3 different cultivars. But growth stages can influence the content of mineral elements. In addition,the corrltation between calcium and polysaccharide content was extremely remarkable positive,while the contents of magnesium,boron and manganese are significantly negative with alcohol extraction in the stem of D. catenatum.
