高校移动图书馆APP用户满意度的影响因素 被引量:32

摘要 用户满意度是移动图书馆建设成败的重要评价标准,系统研究高校移动图书馆APP的用户满意度,获取用户对移动图书馆的看法、态度以及关键影响因素,有助于提高移动图书馆的服务质量。文章基于扎根理论质性研究方法,构建高校移动图书馆APP用户满意度影响因素模型;设计调查问卷,面向高校师生获取样本数据,并利用结构方程模型进行实证分析。研究表明:高校移动图书馆APP用户满意度影响因素分为系统特征(包括可访问性、相关性、系统帮助)、界面特征(包括屏幕设计、导航性、术语)、个体差异(包括自我效能、领域知识、个体创新),其中系统特征、界面特征是影响用户满意度的外部驱动因素,个体差异是影响用户满意度的内部驱动因素。 User satisfaction is an important evaluation eriterion for the success of the mobile library construction. It is helpful to improve the service quality of mobile library by systematically studying the user satistaction of university mobile library APP and getting user perceptions, user attitudes and key influence factors on the mobile library APP based on grounded theory. This paper constructs a theoretical model of the influence factors on user satisfaetion about university mobile library APP. A survey questionnaire is designed to obtain sample data from university teachers and students and an empirical analysis is conducted by using structural equation model. The results show that the influence factors can be divided into system characteristics including accessibility, relevance and system help, interface characteristics including screen design, navigation and terminology, individual differences including self-efficacy, domain knowledge and individual innovation. System characteristics and interface characteristics are the external drivers ofuser satisfaction, while individual differences are the internal drivers
