摘要
本试验先以大肠杆菌临床分离株复制小鼠细菌性腹泻模型,然后经口灌服1/20 LD_(50)(低剂量组)、1/10 LD_(50)(中剂量组)和1/5 LD_(50)(高剂量组)的巴天酸模水提物,观察其对大肠杆菌感染小鼠胃肠蠕动的影响。结果表明,巴天酸模低、中、高剂量组小鼠的肠推进率分别为35.72%、37.10%、48.25%;与腹泻模型组相比,高剂量组的肠推进率差异极显著,低剂量组和中剂量组差异显著。
To observe the effect of Rumex patientia L. water extraction on gastrointestinal motility induced by Escherichia coli in mice,the bacterial diarrhea model in mice was replicated by Escherichia coli clinical isolates,then 1/20 LD_(50)(low dose group),1/10 LD_(50)(medium dose group) and 1/5 LD_(50)(high dose group) water extraction were administrated by oral administration in this study. The results showed that the small intestinal propulsive rate of the low dose group,the medium dose group and the high dose group were 35.72%、37.10%、48.25% respectively. Compared with the model group, the small intestinal propulsive rate of the high dose group had extremely significant difference,and the low dose group and medium dose group had significant difference.
