摘要
目的:探究醒脑静辅助治疗呼吸衰竭伴肺性脑病的疗效及对神经功能的影响。方法:选取广州市白云区第一人民医院2015年5月至2017年4月收治的74例呼吸衰竭伴肺性脑病患者为研究对象,按随机数表法将其分为观察组(n=37)和对照组(n=37),对照组患者采用无创机械通气治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合醒脑静治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、临床指标变化和神经功能改善情况。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率(94.59%)显著高于对照组(75.68%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后血氧分压(Pa O2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(Pa CO2)、氢离子浓度指数(p H)、呼吸频率(RR)改善程度显著优于对照组,治疗后总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)水平显著高于对照组,丙二醛(MDA)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静辅助治疗可以显著改善呼吸衰竭伴肺性脑病患者通气功能和神经功能,纠正酸碱平衡。
Objective To explore the effect of adjuvant therapy of Xingnaojing on pulmonary encephalopathy in patients with respiratory failure and neurological function. Methods From May 2015 to April 2017, 74 patients with respiratory failure and pulmonary encephalopathy in our hospital were taken as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into observation group(n=37) and control group(n = 37). Both groups were given non-invasive mechanical ventilation treatment, besides, the observation group was given additional Xingnaojing. The curative effects, changes of clinical indexes and improvement of neurological function in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was(94.59 %) which was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group(75.68 %), the difference was statistically signifi cant(P〈0.05); after treatment, the improvement of PaO2, PaCO2, p H and RR in the the observation group was signifi cantly better than that in control group, the T-SOD level in the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group, and the levels of MDA and IL-8 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, their differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Xingnaojing adjuvant therapy can not only significantly improve ventilation function and neurological function for patients with respiratory failure and pulmonary encephalopathy, but also rectify patients' acid-base balance.
